Terms of Service1. No refunds.
Due to currency exchange and paypal fees I do not offer refunds;
You are responsible for your own money, please spend it mindfully.2. Commission turnaround time might take up to six weeks.
I am not responsible for delays caused by a client's indecisiveness or lack of response;
Clients will always be informed if I come across any possible delays on my part.3. Please select the proper add-ons.
Add-on options requested later on will not be added until full payment of their value via the "Buy me a Coffee" option.4. By commissioning me you understand the service I offer is art.
I will not respond to direct messages regarding personal issues or your mental well being, please seek professional help;
Additionally I am not forced to respond to casual messages not regarding your commission.5. I will offer progress screenshots while working on your piece.
I work on multiple pieces at once and might not do enough in a session for you to need updates, those will be provided when proper changes or decisions take place;
Additionally I am not responsible for explaining to or showing you how certain art processes work.6. Changes can be requested while on the sketch phase.
I will not apply changes to poses, body types or composition once out of the sketching phase, so make sure everything is how you would like it to be before authorizing me to proceed.
I also ask that before asking for a change you make sure that is what you want, going back and forward on your sketch might delay the turnaround and put you further down on my queue.
Changes asked past the sketch phase will require extra payment for.7. I am not responsible for misreadings.
Make sure to properly read not only this TOS but also the commission tier descriptions.All art is delivered as a .zip file, inside that folder you will find the PNG file.

Do not commission a certain listing if you want a completely different type of art than the one offered, I'm open for different art that isn't available here but please make sure to contact me BEFORE ordering anything if that's your case.
For personalized types of commission I will base my price on existing ones I offer and complexity, those prices are negotiable.
